Two strains (Both are uracil deficit and U V sensitive) Carolina strain LA yeast strain (BYU741)

Scratch colony for liquid culture and from plate

3ml if CM glucose broth - uracil + 1 colony from both strain (expecting no growth)

3ml of YPD media + 1 colony

(expecting growth becase it has uracil and our strain needs uracil to grow because these are uracil deficit)
