II. Report back to-dos from last meeting (10 min) 1) Teknova reagents - have they been picked up?


III. Topics to discuss:

1) New weekly meetings at Monday at Biocurious (or Wednesday?) 9 people for Monday, 11 for Wednesday Wednesdays!!!


2) UCSC meetup August 15th -Need to register as a team


3) Organization structure, non-profit status, bank account, etc. -Link to working groups: https://wiki.realvegancheese.org/index.php/Working_Groups Maria will facilitate meetings at BioC; Johan will lead experimental work Patrik and Marc will facilitate at CCL (Craig will be out of town a couple times)

Craig will be in town Aug 15-end.

4) Ordering reagents and genes

Need to order everything by Friday! Need to decide on final DNA designs Keep track of materials ordered

5) ORGANIZATION Marc filed new nonprofit Need to put together Bylaws etc.
