AGENDA

Indiegogo Perk Fulfillment

   Maria sent out a letter modifiable for each perk.

   Letter goes out with stickers, etc. potentially print on a thicker card stock

   Next week we meet at CCL for the cheese tasting perk fulfilmment - cheese and beer for all.

   Tshirts - Rachel

   LabCoats - Rebecca - Marc handoff for embroidery.

   Update - detailing timeline for perk fulfillment

   Marc - permissions done for iGEM presentation uploaded online.

          Transcoded the video to an open format and compressed it further. Will upload tonight

         The stickers arrived! Yay! I also bought envelopes and am going to work on automatic shipping label printing tonight.

   Poster upload to site. 

Patents

   Recombinant production of kCasein (full length, human).

   Recipe development.

   Sugars and Fats galactose.

Bureacracy

   501c3 1023 form: in progress.

Record Keeping/Accountability

   Working on automated systems to upload notes to webservices.

Experiment Update:

   Last week we ran the SDS page gels but we didnt have the experession  of the bands.
   Tonight to run the mini preps - to see if we have plasmids
   We might need to concentrate and use the microfuge concentrators
   BCA titration assay to see how much supernatant = need to quantify how much we are getting

ELSI Update:

   Rebecca will be talking to Todd on Friday, he's an expert on public policy at Woodrow Wilson

To do:

   Poster upload to site. 

   Order Microconcentrators

   Order smaller SDS-PAGE gels (denaturing and non-denaturing?).

   Check with Rachel around Primers for DNA screening of transformed colonies of S. cerevesiae

   Plan experiments for this weekend

   More specific questions for FDA/ other experts on safety issues:

   -what test do we need to perform to see if our purified protein is GRAS?
