   Experiments

   Update - Last week Nikola and Johan did two yeast transformations which appear to be successful

   This week - start in on the rest of the yeast transforamtions 8 to do tonight

   Using the new Nanodrop at BioCurious to trouble shooting (Maria will ask Innokenti to train team next week during the Monday meeting)

   Need to confirm that the yeast is correctly transformed, since we dont have primers, will send out for sequencing

   Experiments going forward (From Rachel)for this week:

   Yeast plasmid DNA extraction (Johan etc are researching the best way, send out an email and pick a kit)

   Get SDS-PAGE working (Natalie)

   PCR primers to check for plasmid(To order from IDT)make sure the primers work together - and will anneal together Rachel will check before ordering

   Protein Purification (need to continue to research and be ready to start working on)

   Ensure 30c incubator and shaker are working (Johan)

   Nanodrop Training (Maria will ask)

   Indiegogo order fullfillment

   Goal to fullfill all Indiegogo perks by end of November/early December

   Marc is signed up to do the stickers and books

   Website  - Continue to update with new material and links to all news articles etc.

   Marc is working on rPI project for recording experiments automatically

   Marc is working on a linux app
