   Troubleshooting Electra (-) control plate colonies from 27Sep2014 transformation

   Plate electra reagents alone (diluted in ~100uL water - plate whole reaction).

   post all upcoming protocols on wiki & step through them to see what we need

   Plasmid DNA caseins & FAM20C:pD1214: midiprep stocks should be concentrated enough for several reactions.

ORDERS orders@realvegancheese.org Real Vegan Cheese Marc will create/update an instruction for how to order, put stuff into inventory, make sure it gets paid for, etc.

   Need to make sure that if we run out of DNA, we let somebody well-trained do the last transformation.

   Save some of the remainder E. coli when doing plasmid prep. (in broth in fridge) freezer.

   Need to be more careful about handling & storage of all our reagents

   USE QUARTZY FOR INVENTORY! add sublocations; include plasmid prep results; amount of reagents remaining etc.

   Documentation cleanup

   Let's all pick a page on the wiki and help reorganize & clean it up

   ELSI pages, lab notebook, pages needed for iGEM (by Oct 17!)

   realvegancheese.org needs more content too (& more links to wiki)

Advait - will do research on having a position on the board as a minor

Insurance will be further researched, advantages of D&O (niac.org will be a cheap option if we get 501c3)but general idea is that we will be at least covered by liability. Excpet costs to be approx $50/month.
