Craig has been working on Marc: We still need to file the CT1, and get a business license from the city of Oakland Vote to add new members: Advait - unanimous amongst attending board members! Emi - unanimous amongst attending board members! Board Meetings to add new members

Motion: New member approvals once a year

To Do: Maria will find form to add new board members Maria will make a proposal for an ammendment to the bylaws to remove board members who are no longer involved in the project who are inactive, add in term definitions (limit vs term), replacing half the board every year. Board member could excuse themselves from quorum. Do we need supplemental info for an under 18 on our 1023?

Experiments

   Let's start doing experiments at CCL!

   In Jan they will be launching a Crowdfunding campaign for a space to work in that will be a clean space.

   Study effect of lactose replacement sugars on lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and cheese molds Need to plan experiments

   Get Fermentor up and running?

   Marc suggests starting up a new WG focusing on bioreactors 

   Label all the things at BioC which are lacking labels (per Eric H's request)

   Ran an SDS page gel of super natant - so we didnt see any protein bands - we need to redo it

Equipment

   SDS-PAGE gel rig

   We've been borrowing Innokenti's gel box, but we really should have our own

   Buy precast gels for whatever working gel box we have at BioC and CCL?

   BioFlo II fermentor at CCL

   Marc has been checking out availability of probes

   Someone should scan in the user manual and put it online

   Incubator + shaking platform at BioCurious

   Is this fully working now?

Should we get a -80? Very expensive in terms of power usage. Look for a half size. Or we could build our own Large Dewar may be more affordable/practical - look at central valley agricultural dewars
