Sequencing
Sequetech
We've used Sequetech, mostly because we had coupons for free sequencing. They charge $5 per sequence normally. They pick up from your location and have < 24 hour turnaround. They will synthesize primers for you if they don't already have your primers in their library.
Quintara
Quintara is another provider. They are based in west berkeley and are cheap (probably cheaper than Sequetech?).

We are using gBlocks mostly because they are providing a 40% discount for iGEM teams.
